Relax and Replenish with Reiki & Healing
For parents & carers of children with autism and other disabilities. For family carers of loved ones with disabilities.
“Stress is part of everyday life and, for many carers, stress can be a major factor affecting their health. Stress and depression can affect anyone, but the pressure and expectations of caring can make carers particularly vulnerable. This can make it hard to cope with the demands of caring.” CarersUK
I love offering Reiki & Healing to carers and parents. Having family members who are autistic or have bipolar disorder, I understand caring and the impact of disabilities.
Reiki & Healing for carers and parents is self-care. It’s time just for you – to feel your stresses melt away. To be replenished, revitalised and to build more resilience.
After receiving this healing, carers and parents tell me they feel very relaxed, calm, energised. Feelings of depression are lifted, leaving them more positive and able to cope with daily challenges. Physical aches and pains lessen or disappear.
Some concessionary fee sessions are available.
“Dawn is a very calm and gentle therapist; she takes time and care to provide Reiki that is nourishing and effective. During the treatments I felt deeply relaxed as though cocooned; afterwards I realised that they had been more powerful and healing than the initial experience of relaxation. Thank you!” Fran M, London. Mother of a child with autism
“It is our pleasure to recommend Dawn Taylor, whom Centre 404 have successfully collaborated with via our health and well-being project, involving family carers of children and adults with a Learning Disability and-or Autism Spectrum Condition. Dawn has been a pleasure to work with and her attention to detail highly commendable. Her Reiki sessions were highly sought after and received positive feedback. Dawn’s communication, people skills and ability to work with Centre 404 family carers’ complex situations and needs are exemplary and have been praised by both staff and family carers.” Eva Williams, Centre 404 – for people with learning disabilities and autism, London
